Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We are a participant in Care Credit. If you haven't enrolled yet, please come in to apply. Two forms of ID are required. Care Credit offers a variety of re-payment options.
For non-insurance patients, payments are due in full at time of service. We offer 5% savings for Cash when you keep a zero balance. We do not offer a savings if paid by a debit card or a charge card. For our Seniors (age 62 and up) we offer 10% savings regardless of how you pay us. Be prepared to pay your percentage due at the time of service. If you require a payment arrangement, it must be scheduled prior to your visit. We may access your account a $25 late fee if you are late in paying your payment plan.
Your insurance may cover a portion of your dental treatment to lighten your out of pocket expense. Insurance policies vary so be aware of your policy and its coverage. Once treatment has started, we file your insurance electronically to any company. You are responsible for any amount not covered by your insurance, which is due at the time service is rendered. If insurance does not cover the service, payment is due in full.
We submit claims to many insurances. We are in network for Delta Dental Premier, and WEAIT and CIGNA DNSP insurance. If you have a concern regarding what the fee-for-service may be or what is due, please let us know ahead of time. We do not track your insurance benefits for you. If there is a maximum and you need to stay within the limit, please monitor what they are paying for you. It is not our practice to know your coverage. We only estimate the amounts due.
